Swelling?

Having been wearing my glans ring everyday for 2 months basically... today I couldn't get it on because well... I've just been excited all day!  But I have a little tenderness and swelling on the right side of my cock just under my head.  Not totally sure what's going on, but still getting hard and soft throughout the day.  Been doing some helicopters to help loosen things up.  I'm also seeing some stretches under my cock head.  I'm wondering if these thickness and stretch 'gains' are a thing and something that could continue.  Seeing my cock swell and change is as scary as it is exciting!
